Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers

 At Essential Skin and Body, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding service, personalized, and sustainable solutions for your skin health. These Terms & Conditions are designed to provide clarity, fairness, and protection for both our clients and our clinic.

By scheduling an appointment, redeeming a voucher, or using our services, agree to the following:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete consultation forms and maximise your treatment time.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

  • As we are often fully booked weeks in advance, we recommend reserving your preferred time early and being flexible with rescheduling.

  • To ensure a seamless booking process, we require a 50% deposit for all online reservations. Please be aware that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!

 

  • Gift Vouchers must be presented at the appointment and mentioned at time of booking.

  • Not valid for the purchase of gift vouchers.

  • Cancellations < 24 hours = 50 % deducted. No-shows = full voucher value deducted and are non-transferable.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

  • In accordance with upcoming changes to New Zealand consumer law, all gift vouchers purchased from 16 March 2026 will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified by law.
